We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Client Deliverables Specialist to join our cybersecurity services team. This role is responsible for creating, maintaining, and improving all client-facing deliverables, including technical reports, executive summaries, video walk-throughs, sample artifacts, presentations, and standardized templates. The ideal candidate combines strong writing and design skills with a solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, ensuring our clients receive clear, accurate, and polished deliverables.

This position plays a critical role in how we communicate security findings, recommended remediations, and technical insights to stakeholders ranging from IT teams to executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Report Creation & Quality Assurance

• Write, edit, and proofread cybersecurity assessment reports and presentations, including penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, cloud reviews, web/mobile assessments, and risk assessments.
• Translate complex technical findings into clear, client-ready language tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Create structured executive summaries with clear risk ratings, impact statements, and prioritized remediations.

Template & Design Management

• Develop and maintain report templates, style guides, content libraries, screenshots, diagrams, and recurring components.
• Ensure all deliverables follow branding, formatting, and quality standards across the organization.
• Collaborate with technical teams to keep templates updated with current methodologies and terminology.
• Collaborate with our internal development team to implement reporting formats, designs and templates within our Velocity platform.
• Collaborate with our internal sales team to implement SOW and RFP formats, designs and templates.

Video Report Production

• Create narrated video summaries for clients outlining key findings, risks, and recommendations.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content using screen capture, graphics, animations, or voiceover tools.
• Manage a repeatable, scalable video-production workflow.

Sample Deliverables Maintenance

• Maintain an updated library of anonymized example deliverables for sales, marketing, and training use.
• Ensure samples accurately represent the company's service offerings and reporting standards.

Reporting System Administration

• Manage and maintain the internal reporting system or platform (e.g., report generators, CMS, or custom toolsets).
• Assist in implementing workflows, templates, tagging, automation, and version control.
• Identify areas for efficiency improvement and coordinate system updates or enhancements.

Qualifications

Required

• North Carolina-based candidate.
• Any cybersecurity certification or degree.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity terminology, common vulnerabilities, penetration testing methodologies, and assessment workflows.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and information-design skills, including technical translation skills for non-technical audiences.
• Experience producing high-quality technical documentation or client reports.
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Canva, or similar).
• Ability to produce professional video walkthroughs using tools such as Camtasia, OBS Studio, or Adobe Premiere.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously.

Preferred

• Prior experience in a cybersecurity services, consulting, or MSSP environment.
• Understanding of frameworks such as OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, etc.
• Experience with markdown, documentation generators, or automated reporting platforms.
• Technical knowledge of networks, cloud environments, web applications, or mobile ecosystems.
• Multilingual- English and Spanish
