How does a virtual job fair work?

There are many benefits to virtual job fairs: convenience with easy access from home or office, cost + time savings with no travel/set up, improved recruitment marketing and employer branding, build a candidate pipeline, manage multiple conversations at the same time with secure live chat and measurable results. Candidates can participate regardless of geography and if they simply want to learn more about hiring employers. 

Join NC TECH, along with partner Premier Virtual, for a tour of the Virtual Job Fair platform to see exactly how employers and candidates are able to connect. Attendees will be able to view the online platform from an employers perspective including how they can customize a virtual hiring room (booth) to showcase their organization/workplace, add job vacancies, connect via chat or zoom with candidates during the live event, access resumes for registered candidates, view reports with live event analytics and follow up with candidates post event. 

Attendees will also be able to view the online platform from a job seeker perspective including how to customize your profile with a resume, how to navigate the platform and connect with employers during the live event.
